The house is situated in Foz do Arelho, near Obidos, on the beautiful Silver Coast of Portugal and has fabulous views of Obidos lagoon, which you can walk to in less than 5 minutes. The stunning Foz beach is only a 10 minute walk from the house.

The house comprises 3 double bedrooms, all with balconies, sleeping up to six people, with a spacious lounge / diner, modern kitchen and outside rear seating area with barbecue. There is also a front courtyard and communal area with infinity swimming pool.

  • Kitchen. Luxury modern kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
  • Bathroom with WC and basin.

Basement

  • Accessed directly from the house.
  • Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 1. Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Ensuite comprises bath, shower, vanity unit, basin and WC. Balcony overlooking the lagoon.

  • Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Balcony overlooking the lagoon.
